executive和director和manager的区别为：意思不同、用法不同、侧重点不同。

一、意思不同

1、executive：(公司或机构的)经理，主管领导，管理人员，(统称公司或机构的)行政领导，领导层，(的)行政部门。

2、director：董事，理事，经理，(某一活动的)负责人，(公司部门的)主任。

3、manager：(企业、店铺等的)经理，经营者，老板，(演员、作曲家等的)经理人。

二、用法不同

1、executive：executive用作名词的基本意思是“主管，高级行政人员，行政官”，也可指的“行政部门”。executive还可指在企业、工会等中的“行政领导，董事会”，是集合名词，用作主语时其谓语动词可用单数形式，也可用复数形式。

2、director：director的基本意思是“主管”“董事”，指某部门中最主要的管理人或董事会的成员，也可作“负责人”“主任”“校长”解，指领导一个组织、机构或一项活动的主管人，director有时还特指“导演”。director是可数名词，有复数形式。
